Very disappointed in my experiences lately dealing with them. As a result, I will be taking my long standing business elsewhere moving forward unfortunately. I have been a customer since the Broadway Eye Care days. The issue is that they are unwilling to work with me on my last purchase on a replacement since I am not happy with them. Especially when they bill my insurance and then charge me $625.00 out of pocket aside from that. They are unwilling to exchange my glasses even when I offer to pay half of the cost or compromise in any way. The team at Vision Institute Northwest also kept dragging me along telling me that they would touch base with my insurance and help me fix my old glasses when they really were not being helpful nor educated on the equipment and circumstances I feel. I will be taking my business over to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses moving forward. They were kind, courteous, and informative along with being WAY more affordable for my son in our dealings.

As always, the office was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I was in for testing 5 minutes before my scheduled time, and the Dr saw me as soon as testing was completed. They have always provided me with excellent care

We have gone to the north clinic and the Valley location for four years. Our experiences have been mixed. They use tactics to encourage patients to purchase more expensive products for lenses and contacts based on doctor "reccomendation". The frames that are within an affordable price point you have to ask for, they aren't displayed at the Valley office. But the final issue I had, and why I won't be returning was a misdiagnosed potential juvenile glaucoma that was poorly explained or addressed. They wanted us to come back in a month for further diagnostic screening. I made an appointment the next day for my son to be seen with a pediatric doctor of opthalmology and he was not concerned about glaucoma and just wanted to see him back in a year for another routine exam.

Love this place. Struggles with places in the past to get my prescription right but tried this place and my glasses are perfect! Cudo’s to the doctor and office staff 🤗 Very friendly and professional staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊

We had a great experience at vision institute Northwest.They were quick efficient and very personable.The office staff were so kind and professional. Doctor Barnhart was pleasant and knowledgeable.She took careful notice of family history and more than that.
