The most terrible service and the most unprofessional people that have seen in a while. Call to book an appointment for a pedicure for 11, they told me to just walk in instead, I walked in at 11 and waited till 1130 to get serviced. The lady that serviced me did not speak a word of English, did not follow my instruction of me, wanting square shaped nails, They’re basic pedicure says it includes a basic cleaning of the foot, According to what she did not, my nails came out crooked. The nail polish does not look smooth on the big toes, I tried to tell the lady in English that she needs to redo it and fix it, but she doesn’t understand. There’s no one else walking around there that is able to translate in time and I had to run so I let it be. This was terrible

they never let me down with their art and snacks. Pricing is high and always random but that's expected. Hope they can stay at this location.

Was my first time here and I highly recommend. My nails are for a wedding I’m in this weekend and the lady who did mine accomplished exactly what I wanted. The place super cute and the staff is very nice and good at what they do!!

I went here to get powder dip nails removed. This was my first time with powder dip and I’m not much of a nail girly in general, so I didn’t realize how bad what was happening was until I told my friends who get powder dip nails all the time.
I went in, and got seated with a woman, and I asked to keep as much length as possible. She asked if I would like to get a gel manicure, and I said no, I just wanted these removed please. She grinded down the powder some and then cut about a quarter inch of my nail off without telling me anything. Then she popped the powder part off using an acrylic nail. She then used her electric grinder on my actual nail a little to smooth it out I guess, and then filed my nail to shape it, removing what was left of my length. She did a really bad job and they’re still a bit raggedy. I paid, tipped (because I didn’t know better) and went to my car to text my friends asking why they would ever recommend powder dip nails to me. They said that should never happen, powder dip nails are supposed to be soaked off, and although a tiny bit of damage can happen, this is so extreme and nails should never look like that leaving a salon. I went back in to ask about it. They said that if I wanted them soaked off it coasts extra and I should have asked for that, and that my nails are only damaged because they’re thin and weak, and I should have accepted when they asked if I wanted gel nails put on to protect them. I don’t get nails often and I trusted they would remove them the proper way, but I’m very sorry I did. If they were sorry and tried to make it right it would have been one thing, but instead they blamed me for them using very damaging, improper techniques.

Absolutely terrible experience! I just came back from there and my nails are so so sooo bad I couldn’t believe the lady didn’t even acknowledged what she did. First of all, she was in such a rush.. she filed my nails so hard my nails kept bending and breaking. I asked for gel manicure (where they put the powder and shape it and all).. well she didn’t do that. She went straight to paint my bumpy nails and she kept cutting and hurting my fingers with the filer and making me bleed even when I kept pulling away saying that it was hurting me. I basically gave away 35$ just for her to make me bleed. My 7 year old can paint my nails better than she did.
