If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Service is terrible, they lie and they hide subscriptions in their paperwork. Machines don't work well, the equipment is expensive and good luck getting to talk to anyone in billing that can actually speak English.
They will tell you that you're eligible for free masks/products, then they will bill you for those products and not send an invoice or payment letter until after the 30 days. That way you can't return it.
$347.10 dollars for a face mask? Really? Amazon has the same ones for $23.91. If you're going to get a CPAP, do yourself a favor and just buy it outright so you don't have to deal with this company. It'll make your life a lot easier.

Their service is truly dreadful. If u go to the store the service sucks. They act like you’re interrupting their day. If you call on the phone be prepared to sit on hold for 2 hours and nothing gets resolved. Massive bills come in the mail and no one can tell me why. Hell, I can’t even find anyone to talk to. If I could give 0 stars I would

Friendly staff. But at best from my perspective thier accounting practices/policies are suspect. I had to give my BiPap back as I cannot afford the nearly $1000.00 I unknowingly racked up in 5 months. I keep getting bills for supplies I never received. I phoned my Health Care provider and the charges I am getting don't match thier records of what Rotech have been providing to me, by a lot.

After 4 times of calling and complaining and now not having the right equipment and pieces to even use the thing I. So now I haven't used it 4 for months since I have never received the correct order. My surgery has been cancelled for being non compliant. Very upset and irritated. I have dealt with 2 supervisors over the last 2 days and they were able to fix everything that hasn't been fixable over the last 4 months. I was actually intears because I found someone who is helpful. Nobody should have to go through what I did. I am just hopefully it is completely fized
