Pacific Lawn came last week to do our annual spring clean up. Andrew and David did an excellent job clearing all of our leaves, debris and pruning some plants. They left the front and back yard in excellent shape. We will definitely use them again.

Very much pleased!! Pacific lawn was the perfect company to hire for my lawn care in a busy season, while I balance crazy shift work! A wonderful gentleman named Justin took great care and respect of my property, and was super friendly upon arrival. Definitely recommend the work these guys do! Especially if you are finding the days slipping away from you like I am! Takes all the stress away. Much appreciated

To Josh(owner) thank you for your response to my review. I definitely respect the fact you go through and respond to all reviews of your company.
Yes, I acknowledge and am very appreciative of the refund you have provided. I also accept the roll I played in this whole situation, by not being diligent in opening every email.
I do want to point out that I never received text communications, I did receive an email asking if I wanted to opt into texts, which I never did.
My struggle is the communication about the annual part of your services when scheduling, maybe you do train your employees to make customers aware. But I don't remember once anyone saying "by the way this is annual service, are you okay with that?" "Do you want annual service or one time service?" And none of the emails I received after scheduling my service said I'd been registered for an annual service. Maybe it's due to the fact it was my first time being in house and managing the maintenance of a home that I didn't understand that setting up a customer account is the same thing as annual service.
Just seems like a lack of communication/clarity on the front end of it all. I know in your response you stated I'd been made aware, if you can show me where exactly I missed it, I'd be more than happy to delete this review.

*Warning - Annual Billing/services without transparency upfront*
I had weed services around this time last year, all my dealings with them for scheduling/billing was over the phone. Overall everyone was polite and easy to work with even when the weed treatment took 2-3x of applications to be effective. No complaints at this point.
Over the past year I have received MANY spammy type emails from them in regards to other services they offer or general information. Since I haven't lived in the house I received the weed treatment at for the last 7mths I was just ignoring the emails. Until I got one that stated I had an invoice!!! They charged me for an annual weed service. In a couple of the emails they did give me a chance to cancel. So my error was not investigating the emails and cancelling.
I called them asking for a refund, which they are doing, but the funny thing is they can't just direct deposit a refund, I have to be mailed a check. So my refund is pending at this point. The staff member that I spoke with about the refund seemed indifferent and didn't seem to care about my negative experience either or lack of transparency on their part.
So just a heads up to any new customers, they won't tell/ask you if you want annual service when you first request a service, they won't email you documents of terms of service. If the do have them they might be on the customer portal which I didn't have access to from the start and could never get the login to work. So be very clear on what you want and what you receive.

This lawn care company is fantastic! They’re reliable, professional, and really know how to make a yard look its best. I especially recommend asking for Justin! He goes above and beyond, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality that’s hard to find. I’ve heard so many great things about the work he does—if you want the best, definitely request Justin. You won’t be disappointed!

I never ask anyone to take care of my lawn but when I saw this company and heard about it l decided to try it out! Justin was the man who mowed my lawn!! He's super kind and seems like a good man. I'm so thankful that I put my trust in you guys! From here on out I'm not gonna be the only one mowing my lawn!! This company is so cool and does amazing work!! Keep it up!!
