My wife and I have been going her for a decade or more and they're always friendly and have a fun selection of glasses. What I really love about this place, though? Katie. She is an insurance wizard with a keen eye for glasses!! Each year, I can count on Katie to help me find my most perfect pair and I'm never disappointed! I know, when I leave my appointment, that I'm going to be thrilled with my selection. And if I'm not, the office has a way of helping make it better. The rest of the staff and the doctor are just as amazing, though. I'm just not great at names! They're all very accommodating, fun, and kind in their approach.
Northside Vision is absolutely amazing! I remember the first time I walked in and was met by such a cheerful human who was so helpful and instantly made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Each employee I met treated me with such kindness and were extremely knowledgeable! I was helped by Katie and she made it so fun which was so nice because I was extremely nervous to go to a new place. Thank you Northside Vision I will definitely be bringing my family here! 100% recommended.
Northside Vision is the best place to get an eye exam, frames and lenses. The store is bright and beautiful with a space for kiddos if you have tiny tots tagging along like I did. The front receptionist, Julie, is very welcoming and friendly. Tonya, the eye tech, was very kind and made me feel comfortable as I went from machine to machine getting my eye health checked which was super awesome, easy, and cool! Dr. Fairborn was very knowledgeable, kind and thorough with my eye exam. Katie was super nice to my daughter which I loved! Holli helped me find the perfect pair of frames and she too was very kind! Overall I am very happy with my experience and loved everyone at Northside Vision!
Fast and precise. I feel I got a great exam and will be loving my new glasses. Clean and sanitized machines made me feel safe and comfortable to use.
Northside vision is an extremely professional and welcoming office! The doctor is very knowledgeable, good bedside manners and efficient in how he explains his evaluation. He even helped my young children and was very good and courteous to them. He spoke in a way they could understand! The staff overall is also phenomenal. Everything from the scheduling with the receptionist, interacting with the MA and the working through choosing lenses with the optician was beyond easy and comfortable. The selection of frames they carry ranged widely from affordable to designer and you could find any style that matches you! Excellent facility and staff, will absolutely return!
