NORTH SPOKANE WOMENS HEALTH IS AMAZING!!
DR MYERS AND HIS NURSE AMANDA GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR PATIENTS!!
I'm so glad DR Myers is the surgeon I trusted to do my surgery. He is one of the good ones who honestly cares for his patients medical needs but as well as their overall well being. I can see where the people who wrote negative reviews about the experience could have been misled and misinformed about who was actually responsible for the poor care they received. He went above and beyond what I ever expected to thoroughly remove all the adhesions that he could access to vital organs that I didn't even know were affected + also gave me the possibility of naturally conceiving on my own in the future after I heal. I think good hearted surgeons are few and far between to begin with. Dr Myers is remarkable he has the skills and the expertise anybody would want in a surgeon along with a kind heart and compassion you don't see very often in the medical field. I don't think that that man gets enough praise for this. He is amazing you can trust that your needs and well-being come first and he is compassionate about how his patient's and takes makes sure their medically and emotionally ok after surgery no matter what I was so upset and confused due to being misinformed and mislead on the information I was given after surgery I was hysterical angry and not very pleasant to talk to. But Dr Myers wasn't bothered by any of the that. he heard that his patient was very upset and wanted to speak to him immediately. (After several Holy Family contracted employees) Told me he is busy and said in two weeks at my post op follow up he will answer my questions. The nurse even said (I quote) "he isn't going to talk to you cause there is no point tomorrow you won't even be able to remember any of this conversation tomorrow, calm down and stop crying." Luckily a very nice nurse replaced her immediately after and that's who interrupted Dr Myers DURING surgery and let him know I was very upset and he was in my room face to face to answer any and all questions before the nurse could get my wheel chair so I could leave. And stayed as long as it took to calm me down and help me understand and have answers to everything I needed. And I was upset confused very rude and kinda out of it. Only a all around good soul human being who has peoples best interest above making a dollar like most doctors meet would ever take the time to listen. Period I am thankful and grateful for him and his amazing nurse Amanda! Thank you for being amazing people!

I was very impressed with this office. All the office staff were very pleasant. I saw Dr. McKenna for the first time and he was nice and pleasant. His MA Amanda was awesome. This is now my new gynecologist. I felt very comfortable here.

Skip this doctor’s office and go to sacred heart. I was seen here for my Pregancy and not only did they dismiss and not treat my concerns about my pregnant induced high blood pressure they delivered my baby at 34 weeks to “treat” me. My baby ended up getting transferred to sacred heart to be taken care of properly after spending 48 hours in the holy family NICU where I begged them to transfer my baby to sacred heart. His arrival at sacred heart was almost too late and he’ll have permanent lung damage from the incompetence of this clinic and holy family.
I’m now 34 weeks pregnant again and being seen at sacred heart. They have taken my pregnancy induced hypertension concerns very seriously and have been able to treat me with medication to keep me healthy while my baby matures in my womb.
The icing on the cake was when I missed a bill notice from this clinic and instead of calling, sending me to collections, etc they immediately sent my bill to a company that sued me. I had all of my other bills on payment plans I just happened to miss one additional bill from this clinic and they decided that less than 1k was worth immediately jumping to suing me over instead of just giving me a call or mentioning it at one of my follow up appointments post delivery.
Please do yourself and your uterus a HUGE favor and just go to sacred heart.

Stress test monitor was down. Receptionist stated they made a deal with Holy Family hospital that the price would be the same as this clinic. Fast forward to now and we got a bill from the hospital over $400 and now they won't do anything about it. Absolute trash customer service. My wife and I are switching doctors.

The doctor I was supposed to see wasn't even at the address I was given so I had to walk to the other side of the hospital and find a random floor, the doctor himself (dr. meyers) was very rushed and hardly listened to anything I said. He pivoted around my questions. He just offered a new type of medication & said my issues are "understudied". When he was examining me he was talking to his assistant as if i wasn't there, in front of him, with my vagina on display. Then after confirming my pharmacy he left without giving me any outtake paperwork, or even bothering to tell me the appointment was over! I sat there for 5 minutes crying then checked out. It is now a week later and my prescription has STILL not been sent to my pharmacy. Very disappointing, inadequate, and UNPROFESSIONAL care. I will never see a male doctor again. And I will be reaching out to formally file a complaint to the office.
