What can I say? Just wow, talk about care and support. We ended up having to put our cat down but before that it was a week full of test where all the help we received was something else. I felt like my cat was cared for and loved. Every resource they had access to was utilized. We may get another cat and I will be proud to have this place be part of my animals care and life. Thank you Dr. Ruth I appreciate everything you and the staff have done.
Hello, this review is for all the staff that worked late yesterday morning, 1/15/25. We brought our kitty in knowing that this was going to be the last time we'd be with her. Upon entering the room where this was going to happen, it was lit by electric candlelight, a little bed covered in a warm kitty blanket. It was very comforting. Our kitty, Huck is her nake has been with us for almost 19 years. We moved to Spokane from Hawaii in 2007 and Huck was with us. Our vet, Dr. Jordan Murray. My wife and myself were not ready to let Huck go, but Dr. Murray shared a story with us about her kitty when it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge and it was very reassuring. Knowing that we had taken great care of Huck and the wonderful life she had had. We were with Huck the whole time, hands on her and just letting her know what a great kitty she has been. Before Huck had the shit that would allow her to drift away, Dr. Murray said a prayer for Huck with us. It was such a great experience and so comforting. As I said. The staff were genuinely so kind and so professional. And Dr. Murray is in our hearts forever with how she took such great care of our Huck. God bless you all at North Spokane Veterinary Clinic. Never going anywhere else unless there's an emergency. Quick scheduling and communication. The vet took time out of her schedule to answer my questions (there were a lot) and took my concerns seriously. She worked with me to only do necessary things since I'm limited on income and can only pay for some things right now. The staff were friendly and kind. The other clients in clinic spoke highly of them. After months of trying to find a good vet and getting up charged for damn near everything from everyone else, we've found someone to trust.
My beautiful boy Crixus, was unfortunately, dying of kidney disease in both kidneys and I had to have him put to sleep fairly quickly. He was 5 yrs. The vet I saw she had super long light hair and she was very compassionate. Their prices are very economical. I shopped around and I am very frugal because I have very limited income. They give you little plaques that they have their paw prints and their nose and mouth print with their whiskers like a child's hand from school and they put their name on there.. it's very adorable and touching. I miss him every day 😔🐈⬛
