A while ago, I visited Natural Grocers on Division St. I was extremely satisfied with the store associates, especially Rochelle. She was very helpful in helping me sign up for the rewards program and answering any questions I had. She is excellent with coustomer service and is very well trained. She understood me well, despite my foreign accent, and was able to help me with anything I needed. She deserves a raise for her kindness and help!

This was the most wonderful store I’ve ever been in. As soon as I walked in the aromas and sents took me to another place! I found so many delicious healthy alternatives compared to other places. I didn’t have to look far to find the things I needed. The service, the other customers , the products.. I could go on and on about this place. It’s a must go one stop shopping experience for the person trying to change their life and needs a little help. It’s a five stars + for me! Thank you Natural Grocers!

I waited a long time for a simple purchase, not the place to go for an in and out purchase. Also, they didn't have flowers, which was pretty surprising! They had a huge selection of organic and specialty products if that's your thing.

I have been a customer of Natural grocers for decades. The Spokane store does not disappoint. While the stores have reduced their bulk selections over the years, I still find them a wonderful place to shop. Thanks for your service.

Love this store. Love everything about it. The prices can be high but the quality is wonderful. The staff are very helpful and kind.
