P.S. I had some billing issues (my error) & Andrew was AMAZING! He took the time to help me and get my membership back on track. The rest of the staff was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew where my money was going. Great Customer Service!! Thank you.

Manager of the Valley location is amazing! Took great care of us and our needs and goals. Andrew..... THANK YOU! I recommend to anyone who wants excellent customer service and a variety of all machines, free weights, and classes to join for free every day of the week and improve their health 💪💪💪

Switched to this gym from the YMCA (come in weighting 405), was there everyday except for almost a week due to passing kidney stones, was put on what I was told weight loss pills (carb rep,liver support, thermal) did 1 training session with trainer free 30min workouts on sitdown machines...rest of the time for 3-4 hrs running in 5ft lap pool (cardio), went in today to check weight....now mind you I walk everyday as much as possible, stepped on digital scale weighting 435lbs my jaw dropped I gained almost 40lbs!!, needless to say I'm done with that crap (bought a vibration plate) used twice and let me tell you....feels like your riding a horse afterwards (be careful and make sure machine is off before and after getting on/off, balance is key)

I've been a member here since it was 24 Hour Fitness, and MUV is by far the best gym! The equipment is top-notch, the place is always clean, and the staff is amazing. If you're new to the gym or looking to get back into shape, this is the place for you! Big thanks to Andrew for helping me with my billing issue—great customer service! Shane, Garrett, and McKenna are also incredible. McKenna is not only a fantastic trainer but a real pro when it comes to form, nutrition, and pushing you to your limits. Highly recommend this gym if you're in Spokane Valley!

Update. I called 4 times and came in person to finally speak with billing manager who did absolutely nothing and charged me for a year for which I’m not going to be using this service. They will go to all kinds of lengths to get someone in as a member but won’t do anything to actually give someone adequate customer service. I literally had to take time out of work to come in person just to be treated rudely and dismissed.
THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS ATROCIOUS DO NOT COMR HERE.
Horrible experience! I never leave negative reviews but this is bad enough to take the time.
Management gives you the run around. If they’re not pushing you to pay extra for lessons, they’re trying to get you to buy their products. I was referred by a friend during a special and not give the special rate of $29.99. That was never fixed. Their standard membership fee is quite high in comparison to other gyms without access to red light or massage beds. Then when I notified them I needed to cancel (can’t justify membership fees that high with medical bills) they stated I had to cancel in person. I went to cancel in person whereby they told me I would have to pay the yearly fee. Pay a yearly fee when I’m not going to be a member for the year!? What money grabbing. When I requested to speak with someone they said the billing manager would have to get back to me. I have called 4 times each time being told she would return my call - still hasn’t and apparently no one else can help.
Don’t bother coming here unless you want to be harassed & cheated.
