This is the best gym with the best trainers, specifically Alicia! She has been the best trainer! I came in to lose body fat and gain muscle and that’s just what she did. She pushes me to lift heavier then iv ever imagined I could and still keeps my form correct. She has single handedly boosted my confidence and helped me achieve goals iv been trying to do myself for months! Highly recommend 100/10!!

Shane and garret and two of the most extraordinary and enthusiastic people I’ve ever met and go the extra mile to accommodate and make you feel comfortable here! The manager McKenna is also a top tier personal trainer and will do everything to push you professionally while keeping you comfortable and ready to learn and work harder whether it be instructing you on form, nutrition or regimen she really knows what she’s doing and couldn’t recommend her as a trainer more. This has got to be the best gym in Spokane by far, keep up the good work guys

It's a good gym, but pretty outdated and the personal trainers aren't real personal trainers.
The locker rooms are never clean, always stuff in the drains and drain flies. And people leave their garbage everywhere because the only garbage can is by the sinks. Dust everywhere in the building. Don't look at rafters if that sort of thing grosses you out. Also it's 2024, and they don't have a water bottle refill station by the drinking fountains like other gyms do. So good luck filling a water bottle over 28oz.
Personal trainer told me that 100g of protein a day is sufficient to build muscle. Didn't trust anything she said after that.
They use high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign up for personal training sessions and to buy their supplements and protein products. Their chocolate wafer bars are bomb though.
If you can deal with all of that, it's a nice atmosphere and they have a lot of great classes. The pool and hot tub area is nice too.

Always the best gym! It has everything! Even a day care for parents! I highly recommend the Muv It and Lose It event if you want a team, training, and lots of support. I think it's pretty good for introverts, too, because you really only socialize with your trainer, if that's your vibe. And lots of specials to join without the extra free.
