I tried to start going here after we moved to Spokane with my 4 month old. The first time they called the morning of to cancel. The next time they called me the night before, 20 minutes before they closed, and left me a voicemail to cancel again. I called to reschedule the next day and it was a week and a half out again. Ended up just going elsewhere. From talking with others, they had similar experiences.

We wanted to be a customer, but will not be going back. The care we received seemed good, but we experienced deceptive billing practices and unhelpful customer service.
We booked a standard appointment that was covered 100% by insurance (verbally confirmed by the physician when we were there), but apparently we asked a certain question during the appointment which - unbeknownst to us - secretly triggered a different kind of appointment that we would be charged out of pocket for. No notice or choice was given to us in the moment. When we contacted the billing department to understand why we were being charged, they just said that their records show the type of appointment that requires payment and refused to consider that a billing error was made. (Happy to share email records for anyone interested.)
The misleading billing and hostile customer service drove us away. Bizarre experience.

We take both of our little boys here. The facility is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the nurses are professional and very knowledgeable.
Our boys are seen by nurse practitioner Danica. She is caring, always listens carefully to our concerns and gives us great advice.
Our boy has also been seen by Dr. Schilt, and he is as professional as you would expect.

My son was born 7-10-24. He is my first child. I contacted Mt Spokane Pediatrics on 7-16-24 at approximately 12:30pm with concerns that my newborn was suffering lime green projectile vomiting. I was informed that the entire staff was at lunch and that my message would be relayed and responded to after the staff break. I received a call back shortly after 1pm. I was advised that babies issues did not sound concerning and to keep him hydrated. I was also advised to keep our follow up appointment scheduled for Thursday 7-18-24. I took baby to Sacred Heart Children’s ER where I was advised that lime green vomit is a sign that baby needs immediate medical attention. He has since been admitted to the NICU and has been diagnosed with an obstructed duodenum. He has surgery and a long road to recovery ahead of him. Had I waited and ignored his symptoms, as they did, baby could have been in an even more dire situation. When I called and spoke with the office manager she had no answers to give me. No explanation for such dangerous incompetence. I called at 8am on 7-17-24 and advised them to cancel my appointments as I would NEVER be bringing my baby back to them. I have now, on 7-17-24, received two follow up calls from staff attempting to confirm those very appointments. The inability and ineptitude of this staff is going to kill someone’s child. Be careful

Our little guy sees Kali and we love her!! She’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. All the staff has been very friendly and the clinic is clean and well kept. Bonus that they have an urgent care attached!
