We have had the pleasure of taking our kids to Dr. Jeff for the past several years, and we couldn't be happier with the care he and the MSP team provides. From the very first visit, Dr. Jeff made us feel comfortable and at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Dr. Jeff always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answers all of our questions thoroughly.
The office environment is warm and welcoming, with friendly and efficient staff. Our kids actually look forward to visits, thanks to the huge fish tank, kid-friendly play area and the caring nature of everyone in the office. We appreciate that Dr. Jeff and staff stay up-to-date with the latest medical information and treatments, ensuring our kids receive the best possible care.
We highly recommend Dr. Jeff and staff to any parent. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients and their families.

Mount Spokane has rescheduled almost every appointment I've ever made with them. Sometimes MULTIPLE TIMES for the same appointment- where I'm pushed out a month past my original scheduled date...
They also seem to have the highest turn over rate for providers (from my experience)
My girls haven't been seen by the same provider more than twice in a row :/
Everyone is incredibly nice, and professional but I live 45 minutes from the office and I have to organize the ability to use the car to get to my appointments. It's inconvenient and very irritating..
I'll unfortunately be looking for a new pediatric office to take my children too :/
Hopefully they can get more organized in the future...

For the most part, our experience here has been fairly positive. The lactation specialist was super helpful but our pediatrician has not been the best. She and the lactation specialist have us conflicting health information for our infant. Our pediatrician is also not the friendliest person.
The big problem we have faced is our pediatrician canceled our 2 month check up and the next available appointment was almost 2 months later. When we asked if we could just see a different provider, we were told no it’s not allowed to switch providers. I’d really rather not do a 2 month check up at 4 months old.
If you’re going to cancel someone’s appointment, you should give them some priority for rescheduling.
We are currently looking for an office that is more flexible with their patients.

This is an absolute horrible place to take your first baby, or any child. The nurses are very uneducated in their profession and they gave us false news about our baby’s pku results for the first 2 months of his life and made us worry and stress for nothing. They knew nothing about pku, which is astounding to me. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to.

We have had an overall nice experience with this clinic provider wise.
Unfortunately, the staff has, in the past, completely forgotten/not made an appointment, and also have "called to cancel" another.
Their policy is to contact the primary once through call and text, but when they confirmed my number, it was incorrect(and they noted it was disconnected). They have my husband's number and did not feel the need to contact him to confirm the cancellation/reschedule. I am confused why I would provide a secondary number for a pediatric patient if they would not call him if my number said disconnected. I've received texts/calls/emails in the past, so this leads me to think they misdialed my number and called it at that.
My husband is taking time off work and driving up north. So, not only is this affecting my child's medical care, but it also impacts us negatively financially. We asked to see another provider, and they declined to allow us to do so.
The urgent care side's Brittney Chavez asked if my 3 month old child was my first when I brought them in for severe congestion, which was affecting my child's eating and appetite. The provider at my LO's 2m checkup told me to come back if it got worse or did not clear up in 2 weeks. The notes from Brittney's visit state that the child was eating well(not latching), and there was no cause for concern. If I were a first-time mom, that visit would be extremely discouraging and could potentially have a negative impact during a fragile time. Regardless, the comment shows a horrible bedside manner, and I refused to see her again for future concerns.
We have since changed pediatric facilities and enjoying our new one
