Excellent presentation. Good sound appreciated because I have hearing loss. Clear speaking was a plus also. The booklet made following Matt easy and helps me in memory retention. I thought the first part was a little long on wills but I was interested more in Trust information. Felt the entire presentation was comfortable and not intimidating high pressure.
