I've been a member of Mindset for years. It is a great gym. It's clean, it has a lot of equipment options, and the patrons are quiet and respectful, and the ownership is wonderful. I would recommend Mindset to anyone.

Decided to come back to this gym. Glad I did. It's just the right size. Also, unlike the gym that is bigger in size doesn't have enough plates . Here it's not a problem.

Work with my trainer Ethan here, equipment is taken care of and the gym is very clean. Never crowded!
