Very informative even without ability to give legal advice at a consultation. Worked well, and gave the options that were on the table/available. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an attorney that'll be upfront, honest and willing to work with you but with a very professional outlook and experience.
They responded very quickly to my inquiry and were very polite and professional through the entire process. My meeting with the lawyer was very informative and helpful and he provided me with sensible and logical advice, which allowed me to make an educated decision on how to proceed. Above all, he was honest with me and very sympathetic of my issue, both of which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if the need should ever arise.
From the office staff to the paralegal and attorney, they were all so kind and polite and patient. They communicated well with me about their requirements. Someone always answered the phone. Very professional over the video conference. Only reason not a 5 star because I am still in the process of handling my business.
Jacob was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, he went above and beyond for us, getting everything required to finalize our case in a timely manner. Jacob is always quick to respond to questions and gives the best explanation of the law pertaining to our case. Yes, they hold a retainer and you pay the monthly bill for services rendered, the retainer was promptly returned to us when final bill was paid. Thank you Bristol George and Jacob!
