We went here the first time checking out the product and prices. Then our ins kicked in and we went and purchased 1200 Sq ft of vinyl flooring.
Exciting.
Can't put it down yet have a contractor coming to prep the floor and then install it.

I buy a lot of flooring from them. Their prices are good and the staff is helpful. I'm very pleased with the finished products when the floors go down.

Bought a box of floor, took it home to try out the locking system as well as the look. Was very happy with the positive lock system and the color. Product was made in China and a solid product.
When we came up with the funds to purchase the flooring for the whole house, we went back and bought approx. 2000 sq ft of the same product, we thought.
Got home and the product locking system was totally different and greatly lacking. We called them and was informed the flooring was changed and from Vietnam. They said it was fine and worked just like the other and the other was not available.
We had a hateful time installing it with the constant shifting and moving. The job was finally done and we went back through the house fixing all the gaps at the ends of planks. And we continue to fix the gaps because of the pour system almost 2 years later.
Just as you would be, we are very unsatisfied. LL Flooring seems unconcerned about the situation and seemed to have no interest in coming out to look at the floor, pictures are good enough. The direction they have taken is, send in an unopened box of flooring and they will have it tested to see if it is defective. And let me know if there is a problem.
We will let you all know what we hear from the big test. They also felt the need to informed me that they Do Not do refunds. If the product is defective the most they will do is Store Credit. I bet you know how excited that made us after the long hours of installation.
Well, we will see.

All the guys were great. Still had the flooring I bought 3 years ago so that's a plus. Great options for stone look plank vinyl. We put time in our bathrooms.
