We've had Jeffrey's Appliance take a look at three separate appliances for us (two separate appointments). One, a freezer that stopped working, two, a washer that malfunctioned, and three, a dishwasher that started leaking.
For the washer and freezer, the tech was very upfront and honest. It wasn't worth the cost or our time to fix either of them. Either the parts weren't made anymore so it would cost a fortune to replace (freezer), or the parts weren't made anymore because the make/model had so many reported issues they stopped making them (washer). We cut our losses and thanked him for his time. Though I was disappointed the freezer couldn't be saved (the washer leaked everywhere and destroyed our laundry room, so I wasn't disappointed that thing was toast), I was so thankful for his honesty.
For the dishwasher, it took three different visits (given different times parts were delivered), but it's working great.
Both technicians were quick and efficient, and incredibly professional. Dave, the technician who helped us with our dishwasher, was super positive and just a joy to be around. We felt very well taken care of. Worth every penny. I feel confident in our 5-year-old dishwasher with the repairs from Jeffries Appliance. We won't go anywhere else for any appliance repair needs. We had Dave come and fix our 5 month old kitchen aid dishwasher which had a pump motor that was bad! Was very disappointed with kitchen aid because it was practically new and not even used more than twice a week! BUT then an incredible man by the name of DAVE came through my door with a fantastic personality and ready to get to work after a horrible couple of weeks for me!! He was on time and I felt very confident with his expertise good attitude to attack my job with a SMILE! He was done in no time cleaned up and I had a working dishwasher! I would highly recommend JEFFREYS for all your work! DAVE was FANTASTIC!!! I will never be calling Fred’s service again they wouldn’t even call back and when they finally did under my ONE year warranty They couldn’t even come out for 3 weeks! That’s when I called Jeffrey’s and was glad I did!!!!!

Had three different techs because the replacement Bosch part replaced was likely defective and required more than one visit as a result. All three techs were knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of my home (especially my new hardwood floors). Jeffrey’s was faster in scheduling us and office staff were efficient and polite. Very positive experience and would use them again.

I had Jeffery Appliance come to repair my washing machine. I had a different company come first and they completed the job, but in a week it was not working so I called and let them know I needed a return service call. They never called. After a week I called them and they said they could not fix and I needed a replacement, however the person who came to do the work never told me I needed a new washer. All of this cost me $450.00 .
Alexander from Jeffery’s Appliance came right away. He found the problem said I needed a replacement part. He ordered the part and came immediately when the part was sent. He just left and my charge was only $330. He was very polite and knowledgeable and I will never use any other Company but Jeffery’s Appliance. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you want great service and. Bang for your buck 🤣👍

The LED lights on our 7-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator failed last month. It took four service calls over six weeks to finally diagnose the problem, order replacement parts, and finally solve the problem, which turned out to be compromised wiring behind a panel in the back of the freezer. Three technicians were involved. One tech in particular, Dan, spent a total of more than two hours over two calls, at time consulting with a senior tech, Joseph, at the shop and over the phone, to keep digging at the problem until he finally discovered the compromised wiring. Fiona, who came on the fourth service call to replace the LED modules damaged by the compromised wiring also did a very professional job of getting it all back together and working properly. The willingness of Jeffrey's staff to keep at it to a successful resolution was superb! Thanks to all three for your excellent work!
