My floor is warped. It's only 7 years old, upon purchase, I was told It's got a warranty of 15 years. This place where I purchased the flooring from refused to answer me, so I'm placing this negative review. Be careful when buy from them.

Poor post sales customer support in regards to follow-up via phone calls and email. Had asked Inland Flooring (Darrell) to help resolve some issues with wood flooring by filing a claim. I was told by the manufacturer that I had to initiate this claim thru the retailer (Inland Pacific Flooring). I tried to initiate however very poor follow-up by Inland. They kept on using excuse "...Oh, its' been really crazy around here... haven't got to it yet...".
I was told this twice over a period of 2 months still with no action or follow-up.

Have been shopping around for flooring for a few weeks dealing with all the local salespeople. Customer service and knowledge was great by both people I spoke to. They gave me a great deal and loaded it all up for me.
***Highly Recommend*** won’t shop anywhere else for flooring!

Hands down the best place to get floors in Spokane. Not only do they have the best prices but their customer service is even better. Darrell helped us out so much and saved our project. We will forever recommend everyone to use Inland Pacific!
