The service was outstanding! We called on a Saturday and they had the guys here in 15 minutes. The service guys knew their stuff and figured out exactly what the problem was within 5 minutes, fixed it, and were done fast! Fast service, knowledgeable staff, and great company! Luke, Travis, and Randy solved our drain blockage issue. They were professional and friendly. They explained what the found along the way and shared their recommendations for the fix. Throughout their time with us they always were cheerful and patient with our questions. We trusted them and had confidence in their work. They fixed the issue. While the bill was higher than we expected, we understood it was due to the complexity of the fix and the time it took to do it right. Highly recommended.

I had Gold Seal Plumbing come to my house on Monday, March 31, 2025 to fix a leak in my basement bathroom sink. Gold Seal called 20 minutes prior to arrival and the two gentlemen arrived promptly. The two employees gave a quote, were professional and probably the best employees I have ever had in my home. I also asked them to fix two unrelated plumbing issues. They did so with no hesitation. Their fees are reasonable and I plan to install a new sink in my kitchen and I will use Gold Seal for this project.
This company is wonderful.

Gold Seal Plumbing was there when we needed them. Our water heater decided that after all these years it wanted to no longer hold it's water and instead purge it all over the floor. Worried we would have a few days with boiling water to have hot water GSP surprised us by being able to come out with in a couple of hours of the call. We knew it would be expensive so that wasn't a worry. The two gentleman sent out were kind, courteous, and thorough. So thorough that it was found that the original contractors of this house never completely connected a vent pipe. These two quite possibly saved mine and the lives of my wife, kids, and grand babies. This isn't an exaggeration. I appreciate all GSP been did and the time in which they did it. We had hot water by that evening. Thank you
