I Just Had Cougar Heating and Air Conditioning Come And Install A New Furnace. They were professional knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a estimate done one day and I excepted the estimate. Then the very next day and completed the work fast and with pride. The guys knew what they were doing. Excellent experience. A++++++ 5 stars hands down. Professionals every one of them👍

Great Experience Tyler Winkleman was a great guy. Got me exactly what I needed to keep my house comfortable for my whole family. They came out on a Friday and The heat pump was installed the next day. All around great experience would definitely recommend.

Cougar Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and ac unit in December while there was a fair amount of snow on the ground. Because of this, I had to call them back out when the snow melted and the conditions were better to correctly set the ac. Chris Williams and Zach Knight came out the day after my call and did a great job in making it right. Both of these men were courteous, knowledgeable and did a good job of taking care of the issue. One way I evaluate a company is how they respond after the sale. Cougar gets high marks from me in that regard. Highly recommend.

We had technician Chase came and he was very professional, kind and patient. He took his time to explain everything to make sure we understand the issues and provided all the possible options we could choose from. He did a great job evaluating our issue and handed off to the team we needed right away without us waiting. We really enjoyed his visit and very much appreciated!

Jacob was our technician and we couldn't have asked for better👍! He was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We were without heat for a few days in a really cold snap with temps in the teens overnight❄️. He did everything he could to get our pressure valve working and replaced as fast as possible. He was so worried we would be cold🥶 he drove 🚚around an hour and a half each way to get space heaters for us from the warehouse! 😊 We managed to stay nice and warm🔥 until our part came in thank to Jacob! I would definitely recommend Cougar Mechanical and Jacob!!
