I had a wonderful experience at Complete Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, Amber (receptionist) was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. She was incredibly efficient and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt at ease. Heather (dental hygienist) was equally impressive. She was both gentle and thorough during my cleaning, explaining everything she was doing and offering helpful tips for maintaining oral health. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire experience much more comfortable than I anticipated. Dr. Williams was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring about my dental health. He took the time to explain the treatment plan and made sure I understood every step of the process. It’s clear that Dr. Williams and the whole team are committed to providing the best care possible. I highly recommend Complete Dental Care to anyone looking for a top-notch dental team. A 5-star experience from start to finish!
I am so grateful for this dental office. Just a few months ago they took care of my partner’s dental emergency after being improperly treated by another dentist, they were wonderful to him and he felt so confident in their care, even as someone who does not struggle with dental anxiety. I, on the other hand, am extremely anxious when it comes to anything related to the dentist but I unfortunately was needing some care after also being improperly treated by another dentist. Complete Dental Care was so kind to me, they explained everything and took the time to validate my anxiety without being afraid to treat me. No dental work is fun or easy so I can’t give them that but I can say that they made the hard parts as easy as possible and they were extremely thorough, allowing me to feel that my needs have been met and I won’t need to be making any unnecessary trips to visit them in the future. I appreciate their efficiency and care, everyone in the office meets that high standard. Very much would recommend this office to a friend.
This is a superior clinic! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Heather, the Dental Tech who helped me was professional and efficient. Jeremy Williams, the Dentist was new to me but immediately made me feel like a valued patient. And, the bookkeeping staff showed me costs of future care. Highly recommended.
Hands down the BEST dental clinic in Spokane. The entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel at ease throughout your entire visit. Amber always greets me with a smile at the front and Heather is the sweetest Hygienist. Dr. Scarborough is the first dentist I have ever seen to truly have empathy for dental anxiety and takes his time to walk through procedures and not rush. He is never pushy about treatment and I feel listened to as a patient. I am so happy that I found their practice. They have made going to the dentist a positive experience for me.
I have been seeing Dr. Scarborough for a few years now and he is the best of the best of dentists. The office staff are caring and friendly. My teeth get an amazing cleaning there. All of my dental needs have been met and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care. Kudos to everyone there!
