From my initial call to CertaPro to my house being painted, everything was great. I was quickly scheduled for an estimate and within a few hours of my appointment, I’d received a very reasonable quote. Paint job was scheduled and everything they promised, CertaPro delivered. CertaPro did a fantastic job! Kenny spent a lot of time preparing a quote and working with us on color choices. Even though it was a relatively small job (three rooms), we were treated with the same courtesy and attention as those with bigger jobs. We chose a date that worked for all and when the time came, Nick arrived and did all the prep including caulking all trim between walls and ceiling in our 1911 craftsman. Nick did a great job painting and he was friendly, professional, and talented. We had done our due diligence and received quotes from three companies. All pricing was within a few dollars of each other. It was Kenny’s knowledge of color and his personality that made us ultimately choose CertaPro. We highly recommend them and hope you choose them, too!

In October 2023 Spokane CertaPro painted the exterior of our home. The crew on site were professional and respectful of our property. I thought the project would take close to a week to finish but instead they hammered it out in 2 days with a high quality application. They also did a good job of keeping the overspray to a minimum and cleaned up all of their materials after they finished the project. Additionally Kenny, the estimator, was very detail oriented and had some good suggestions for color selection and was clear in his proposal which was a bonus. The exterior of our home now looks amazing thanks to Spokane CertaPro Painters!

Professional and efficient! My house was a tall three story townhouse and was difficult to access. The originally planned lift wouldn't work, so my team ended up using 40' ladders to get the job done! They completed the job in two days and did a great job cleaning up. In addition, CertaPro agreed that since the lift wasn't used, that I would be refunded my costs for the lift. Can't beat that! Overall a very positive review from me.
