Love Sasha, and would follow her wherever she practiced! We’ve trusted both our kiddos’ health with Bear Creek and have had nothing but great experiences. Sasha has gone above and beyond for us, even giving us her personal number when our youngest was born with some minor complications. Very thankful for this kind staff and exceptional care so close by.
I have been taking my 5 kids (ages 4 to 11) here since we moved to Spokane about 6 years ago. I feel a little embarrased that I haven't reviewed them until now. They are wonderful providers and my kids never feel scared or nervous to go to appointments. They love getting the nasal spray flu "shot" here and Dum Dum suckers after vaccinations. The nurses and Dr's are all super friendly and I have never felt that anything was left to be desired in thier care of my children. They provide referrals when needed, a listening ear, and a fun and easy going environment for the kids (and potentially nervous parents). We wont go anywhere else as long as we live in this area!
The best pediatric office I have ever been to. I personally do not like going to a Dr's office for any reason. Before I miraculously found Bear Creek, I and my kids used to go to one of big chain clinics. Everytime we went for a check-up appointment, we ended up being charged for something ridiculous just because I asked questions or I was answering questions a Dr asked. I was really tired of fighting over charges every after checkups and decided it was not worth going there. So I needed to find a new pediatrician for my kids, and I just loved the bear creek website. When we went in for the first time, I just fell in love with the office, Dr Sasha, Dr Lisa, nurses and the receptionist. After Dr Lisa left, we have seen Dr Jana and we love her too! The warm welcoming environment and all the staffs there care about your family and children. Their practice is honest and genuine, which is very rare these days. They never charge for something extra (such as diagnosis you didn't ask for or new patient visit FEES, etc.) Bear creek is the first and only place I was able to talk and ask questions about anything without the fear of being charged extra fee!!! I'm so grateful for all the staffs there and their amazing care. I just wish they would see me and my husband too. I LOVE BEAR CREEK.
We love Bear Creek Pediatrics!!! We were recommended and so glad we found them. Dr. Sasha is amazing and understands babies so well. She has offered us so many tips for our fussy girl and we appreciate her answering all our questions. All the office girls are super nice too. ❤️
I am extremely disappointed with my last experience with Bear Creek Pediatrics. During a routine wellness exam for my child, I asked a simple question regarding a minor concern. To my surprise, I later received a bill for this "extra" consultation. Wellness exams are supposed to be comprehensive, and I find it unethical to have been charged extra for addressing a concern when I was specifically asked if I had any. I will be looking for a new pediatrician who prioritizes patient care over making money.
