These people could care less if you actually have Doctors orders, medically necessary products with or without insurance. Money hungry and not what I would describe as a personable company. By the books, by the buck. Go with Norco, much better company tp work with.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Service is terrible, they lie and they hide subscriptions in their paperwork. Machines don't work well, the equipment is expensive and good luck getting to talk to anyone in billing that can actually speak English.
They will tell you that you're eligible for free masks/products, then they will bill you for those products and not send an invoice or payment letter until after the 30 days. That way you can't return it.
$347.10 dollars for a face mask? Really? Amazon has the same ones for $23.91. If you're going to get a CPAP, do yourself a favor and just buy it outright so you don't have to deal with this company. It'll make your life a lot easier.
Sincerely, a very unhappy customer, and I will never return for anything here.

I had a ? About some billing and they stated it was monthly rental and was to I miss understood and I replied can't miss understand if I'm not informed then the lady got rood and said I'm not going to argue with you if I don't want the machine to bring it back there open until 5 or 6 can't recall the time, also called about a week after I received machine with a ? Same thing then very rood and poor customer

The staff here are amazing and so very helpful. They helped ne set up my equipment and get me fitted for my mask. Due to my sleep disorder I hadn't slept right in over a year. Within a couple weeks I felt the difference. I had issues with a mask and they quickly replaced it. I would recommend this company.

Friendly staff. But at best from my perspective thier accounting practices/policies are suspect. I had to give my BiPap back as I cannot afford the nearly $1000.00 I unknowingly racked up in 5 months. I keep getting bills for supplies I never received. I phoned my Health Care provider and the charges I am getting don't match thier records of what Rotech have been providing to me, by a lot.
