Both my children (2 and 6 months) see Jeff and we are very happy with our care. Jeff is practical and knowledgeable, and he never rushes us even though I am usually anxious and have a ton of questions. The office is also so well thought out- there’s two separate entrances for sick and well which is brilliant, my daughter loves watching the fish tank they have in the waiting room, and the rooms are clean and have fun images on the walls. It’s all in the details and we really appreciate the team at Mt. Spokane! Great support and we trust them.

We have had the pleasure of taking our kids to Dr. Jeff for the past several years, and we couldn't be happier with the care he and the MSP team provides. From the very first visit, Dr. Jeff made us feel comfortable and at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Dr. Jeff always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answers all of our questions thoroughly.
The office environment is warm and welcoming, with friendly and efficient staff. Our kids actually look forward to visits, thanks to the huge fish tank, kid-friendly play area and the caring nature of everyone in the office. We appreciate that Dr. Jeff and staff stay up-to-date with the latest medical information and treatments, ensuring our kids receive the best possible care.
We highly recommend Dr. Jeff and staff to any parent. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients and their families.

Horrible office, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Front desk are RUDE with an attitude. I had 2 appointments scheduled. One in march and another in may. They called me one week before my march appointment and says the provider will be out the whole week of my daughters appointment and we need to reschedule for the week after. I said that was completely fine. WELL, turns out they were talking about the appointment in May. So, I missed my daughters’ March appointment.
I’m sorry, but maybe if the person who first called me to inform we that we need to reschedule would’ve let me know that she was NOT talking about the upcoming appointment that’s in a week. Then maybe I wouldn’t have missed that one!!
Now, they dismissed my kids as their patients from their practice due to missed appointments. Saying my daughter missed an appointment in July of 2024, but my daughter is only 3 months and was born Jan 2025!
Come on MSP get it together. You guys were great years ago when I first started bringing my son. Then his provider left and since then I have not been too excited about you guys. Only provider I did come across who I ACTUALLY liked was Rachel, but now she’s gone too!! I WONDER WHY! You all seem extremely unprofessional and it is very obvious that there is a HUGE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR STAFF AND PATIENTS.
This does not include the medical assistants or lactation specialist. They are all very sweet. Other than that please get your act together and work as a team and don’t put the blame on the parents for YOUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

Mount Spokane has rescheduled almost every appointment I've ever made with them. Sometimes MULTIPLE TIMES for the same appointment- where I'm pushed out a month past my original scheduled date...
They also seem to have the highest turn over rate for providers (from my experience)
My girls haven't been seen by the same provider more than twice in a row :/
Everyone is incredibly nice, and professional but I live 45 minutes from the office and I have to organize the ability to use the car to get to my appointments. It's inconvenient and very irritating..
I'll unfortunately be looking for a new pediatric office to take my children too :/
Hopefully they can get more organized in the future...

For the most part, our experience here has been fairly positive. The lactation specialist was super helpful but our pediatrician has not been the best. She and the lactation specialist have us conflicting health information for our infant. Our pediatrician is also not the friendliest person.
The big problem we have faced is our pediatrician canceled our 2 month check up and the next available appointment was almost 2 months later. When we asked if we could just see a different provider, we were told no it’s not allowed to switch providers. I’d really rather not do a 2 month check up at 4 months old.
If you’re going to cancel someone’s appointment, you should give them some priority for rescheduling.
We are currently looking for an office that is more flexible with their patients.
