Very disappointed in my experiences lately dealing with them. As a result, I will be taking my long standing business elsewhere moving forward unfortunately. I have been a customer since the Broadway Eye Care days. The issue is that they are unwilling to work with me on my last purchase on a replacement since I am not happy with them. Especially when they bill my insurance and then charge me $625.00 out of pocket aside from that. They are unwilling to exchange my glasses even when I offer to pay half of the cost or compromise in any way. The team at Vision Institute Northwest also kept dragging me along telling me that they would touch base with my insurance and help me fix my old glasses when they really were not being helpful nor educated on the equipment and circumstances I feel. I will be taking my business over to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses moving forward. They were kind, courteous, and informative along with being WAY more affordable for my son in our dealings.

Very clean office with friendly staff. VERY helpful with insurance coverage vs out of pocket. Wonderful providers that are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Happy to have switched to this group for our eye care.

First visit at the Valley location, can't say anything bad about it. There was less than 5 minute wait and I was in and out quickly but not in a rushing way. I'm enjoying my experience so far.
