The Technician Cory was prompt, professional, and personable. I chose Shaw because of the three plumbing companies I contacted for a quick quote for my leaking Water Heater, they called me back first (within an hour of me leaving a message), and then Cory was able to stop out and give me quote the same day. I hired Shaw and Cory was able to complete the work within two days of my original call. The install went well and my new water heater is working great. Skip the Big Chain Plumbers and just call Shaw, Spokane's Local professional Plumbing Company.

Cory came to our house today to replace a leaky shutoff valve. I needed to have the job done the same day I called at 9AM. Cory arrived at 10:30 and the job was expertly completed by 12:30. Cory turned the water back on to check the work - no problem, everything worked great. I appreciate the speedy response and quality work. Thanks Cory and Shaw plumbing!

I've used Shaw a few times now and have always received excellent service. This time I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. The woman who scheduled me was very competent and helpful. I love that they send a text with a picture of the tech and your appt info - as a single woman it makes me feel very safe. They also communicated so well during the process. The tech, Cory, was professional and friendly. He spent time diagnosing the problem and gave me a detailed quote before doing any repairs. He also gave me some valuable information that I will definitely use.

I contacted Shaw plumbing after numerous other companies said they wouldn’t be able to get anyone out to my home till the following day, they were able to get someone out within a hour. Cory was efficient and professional. He explained a couple options for my sump pump. I decided to replace it and he was able to get it done that day. It was not an inexpensive fix, but thankful Shaw was able to get out and get it done quickly.
